1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, authentication records
  • Billing data: top-up transactions and invoices (payment credentials stay with the payment provider)
  • Service data: device metadata, operation logs, support conversations
  • Device content: apps and files you place on cloud phones — encrypted at rest, never inspected except as required by law

2. How we use data

To operate the Service, process payments, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics load only after consent where required.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Device content is deleted 30 days after environment deletion; backups follow the same schedule.

5. Desktop device identifiers

To use the desktop app on one computer per account, the app derives a device key and digests of this computer's hardware identifiers (such as the platform UUID and serial number, the machine ID, the boot or root volume ID, the DMI product UUID and the permanent network address), together with the platform, model name and a virtual-machine indicator. The raw identifiers never leave the computer, and the platform stores only keyed digests of them. These identifiers protect your account and are required by the Terms of Service, so they cannot be turned off. Binding records are kept while the account exists; unbound records and closed rebind requests are deleted after 180 days, and all of them are deleted when you delete your account. You can unbind the bound computer from the desktop app, or ask support to do it.

6. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service (hosting, payments, email) under data processing agreements, or when legally compelled.

7. Your rights

You may access, export, correct or delete your personal data by contacting support@waitpid.ai.

8. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, least-privilege access and audit logging.

9. Changes

We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email.
